摘 要:通过对倒置嫁接后板栗枝条生长势、开张角度以及倒置嫁接枝条和不同拉枝角度枝条的茎流速率日变化的测定分析,明确倒置嫁接后板栗茎流速率日变化规律。结果表明,与正置嫁接相比,倒置嫁接后植株生长势变弱。板栗倒置嫁接后生长长度为72.5 cm,显著地小于正置嫁接81.3 cm,而且板栗倒置嫁接后生长粗度为12.3 mm,也显著地小于正置嫁接13.9 mm。倒置嫁接开张角度极显著大于正置嫁接,基角和腰角分别为139.6°和99.4°。正置嫁接茎流速率日变化动态为单峰曲线;而倒置嫁接茎流速率日变化动态为小范围波动的曲线,这一日变化规律是由倒置嫁接方式和枝条的开张角度两个因素共同决定的。The diurnal changes of stem flow rate of inverted grafting chestnut were clearly defined by analyzing the growth potential,opening angle,branches' diurnal changes of stem flow rate and branches' diurnal changes of stem flow rate with different bending angles. The results showed that the inverted grafting chestnut grew weekly compared to that of upright grafting. The growth length of inverted grafting chestnut reached as long as72. 5 cm,substantially smaller than that of upright grafting chestnut( 81. 3 cm),while the growth thickness of inverted grafting chestnut extended 12. 3 mm,also substantially smaller than that of upright grafting chestnut( 13. 9 mm). The opening angle of inverted grafting chestnut was significantly greater than that of upright grafting,and the base angle and the lumbosacral angle were up to 139. 6 and 99. 4 degrees,respectively. The diurnal change velocity of inverted grafting stem flow was a peak within a small range of fluctuation. However,the diurnal change velocity of stem flow in upright grafting was a single peak curve. The diurnal change rule of stem flow rate was determined by two factors,i. e. the inverted grafting mode and the opening angle of branches.
