厦门地区学龄前儿童发育过程中CYP3A酶活性特征研究

摘　　要：目的了解厦门地区学龄前儿童发育过程中CYP3A酶活性特征。方法采用RP-HPLC二级管阵列法检测尿样中6β-羟基氢化可的松和氢化可的松浓度,以两者浓度比值反应CYP3A酶活性。结果 528名学龄前儿童酶活性呈左偏态分布,中位数为4.28,95%参考值范围为1.90~7.69;3~6岁各年龄组间酶活性存在差异(P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童随年龄增加,酶活性总体有下降趋势,3岁组高于4、6岁组(P<0.05),但不同性别间差异无统计学意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of CYP3A activity in children at pre-school age in Xia- men. METHODS A RP-HPLC-diode-array-detector method was established to determinate the concentrations of 613-hydroxycortisol and hydrocortisone in urinary. And the ratio between them was used to quantify CYP3A activi- ty. RESULTS The frequency distribution of CYP3A activity in the 528 children was a left skewness distribution with a median value of 4. 28.95 % of the range of normal reference range was 1.90 - 7.69. There was a significant difference of CYP3A activity in children of each age group among 3 - 6 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION The trend of CYP3A activity had declined with the increase of age. The value of CYP3A activity in age 3 group was higher than age 4 and age 6 group but without significant between female and male.
