摘　　要：本文在详细分析字形演变的基础上,对安徽寿县朱家集铜器铭文所记楚职官名中的"醓"字做了考释,"集醓"的职掌与《周礼》"醢人"相当,是楚国掌管会集各种肉酱的食官。Through analyzing of the evolution of the forms of certain characters, this paper provides new interpretation for the character tan（醓） on the bronze inscriptions unearthed from Zhujiaji in Shouxian, Anhui Province. The official name might refer to hairen（醢人） that was mentioned in the book Rites of Zhou as the major official taking charge of the collection of all kinds of meat sauce.
