摘　　要：许多高校已有的新闻管理系统只是简单的静态网页,内容比较单调。随着网络和手机通信的快速发展,静态的网站页面已经难以满足人们的需要;另外,随着各种信息的爆炸式增长,站点维护人员修改的工作量很大。本新闻发布系统利用面向对象思想进行研究,实现了Web服务器端及Android客户端技术上成熟并且运行稳定,可以管理大量的新闻资源,让每个人在最短时间内掌握时事动态,在一定程度上给用户带来了便利。Many colleges and universities have a static web page as their news management system, whose content is relatively monotonous. With the rapid development of network and mobile communication, static web page has proven to be difficult to meet the needs of people; in addition, with the explosive growth of various information, site maintenance staff in charge of modification has huge workload. The news release system uses object-oriented thinking to research and implement web server and android client, which is technically mature and stable. The system can manage a large number of news resources, allowing people to grasp the current events in the shortest possible time, and to a certain extent, brings convenience to the users.
