摘　　要：为解决空气自动监测点位增加,监测仪器类型复杂多样与人力不足的矛盾,越来越多的地方监测站选择了社会化运维的模式,保障空气子站的正常运行。为了保证监测数据的代表性、准确性、精密性、完整性和可比性,需要从制度建设、管理模式、工作计划、合同约束、绩效考核等方面加强对运维单位的质量监督和管理。本文以南京市环境空气自动监测系统为例,对社会化运维的质量监督检查办法和管理模式进行探讨,以作参考。In order to solve the conflicts between the increasing number of air automatic monitoring points, the complicated and diverse types of monitoring instruments and the shortage of manpower, more and more local environmental monitoring stations are choosing socialized operation and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of air stations. In order to guarantee the representation, accuracy, precision, integrity and comparability of the monitoring data,it is necessary to strengthen the quality supervision and management of operation and maintenance units from the aspects of system construction, management mode, work plan, contractual constraints and performance evaluation. This paper, taking Nanjing automatic environmental air monitoring system as an example, analyses the social operation and maintenance of the quality supervision and inspection methods and management models.
