摘　　要：随着间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)研究的不断深入,部分专家学者发现,MSC在慢性创面治疗领域具有巨大潜力,遂笔者通过收集大量研究数据,查阅国内外相关文献,总结了MSC在慢性创面治疗中的研究进展,分析了MSC在表皮再生、神经肌肉再生以及免疫调控等方面发挥的作用,以期为间充质干细胞在慢性创面治疗中的进一步研究提供思路与帮助。With the development of mesenchymal stem cell（MSC） study,some experts and scholars found that MSC has a great potential in the field of chronic wound treatment. Then the author collected a large amount of experimental data,reviewed relevant literatures,and summed up the progress of MSC study in the treatment of chronic wounds,and analyzed the role of MSC in epidermis regeneration,regeneration of nerve and muscle and immune regulation,etc.,hoping to provide thoughts and help for further research of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of chronic wounds.
