消痤丸联合湿润烧伤膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察消痤丸联合湿润烧伤膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将2015年3月—2015年10月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的60例脾胃湿热型痤疮患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),其中治疗组患者采用消痤丸联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组患者单纯采用消痤丸治疗,连续治疗4周后,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗4周后,治疗组患者的皮损评分为(3.30±1.74)分,痊愈11例,显效10例,有效7例,无效2例,有效率为93.3%;对照组患者的皮损评分为(4.50±1.76)分,痊愈6例,显效9例,有效7例,无效8例,有效率为73.3%,两组对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论消痤丸联合湿润烧伤膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮,可有效促进皮损创面的愈合,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of anti-acne pill（Xiaocuo） combined with MEBO in the treatment of acne caused by the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach.Methods 60 patients with acne caused by the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,admitted to Dermatology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between March and October of 2015,were divided to treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）based on random number table.Patients in treatment group were treated with antiacne pill（Xiaocuo）combined with MEBO while patients in control group were treated only with anti-acne pill（Xiaocuo）.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,skin lesion score for treatment group was（3.30±1.74）points.In treatment group,11 patients got cured,10 patients got markedly improved, 7 patients got improved and 2 got no improvement. The total effective rate was 93.3%. Skin lesion score for control group was（4. 50±1.76） points. In control group, 6 patients got cured, 9 patients got markedly improved, 7 patients got improved and 8 patients got no improvement. The total effective rate is 73.3%. The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference（P 0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of acne caused by the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, anti-acne pill（Xiaocuo） combined with MEBO can promote wound healing of skin lesion. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent clinical efficacy.
