摘 要:随着医学影像学技术的发展,颈椎影像学检查方法越来越先进,如CT、MRI的出现,为颈椎局部解剖显影提供了更好的依据,但X线仍是最基本的检查方式,且X线检查便宜、简单、整体观强,就颈椎骨性结构与改变而言,相较CT和MRI,X线具有明显优势,因此对于颈椎矢状面序列的评估与测量,X线检查可作为首选。颈椎病的诊断依赖于影像学检查与症状,颈椎X线检查是诊断颈椎病不可或缺的一部分。当颈椎矢状面序列失衡后,恢复颈椎矢状面序列和生物力学关系以达到矢状面平衡是治疗颈椎病的重要原则,最终使患者生活质量提高。因此颈椎矢状面X线测量不仅可作为诊断依据,还可为治疗计划的制定及疗效评价提供重要参考。With the development of medical imaging technology, cervical imaging method is more and more advanced, such as CT, MRI, and provides a better basis for developing cervical anatomy, but X-ray is still the most basic inspection methods, and X-ray examination is cheap and simple, the overall concept is clear. Compared with CT and MRI, X-ray examination has advantages on the structure and change of cervical bone. The evaluation and measurement of cervical sagittal alignment, X-ray examination can be used as the preferred. The diagnosis of cervical spondylosis depends on imaging examination and symptoms. The X-ray examination of the cervical spine is an indispensable part of the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. When the sagittal alignment of the cervical spine is unbalanced, restoring the sagittal alignment and biomechanical relationship of the cervical spine to achieve sagittal balance is an important principle for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and ultimately improves the quality of life of the patients. Therefore, the sagittal X-ray measurement of the cervical spine can not only serve as a basis for diagnosis, but also provide an important reference for the formulation of the treatment plan and the evaluation of the curative effect.
