摘  要:目的研究经前外侧入路微创小切口在全髋关节置换术中的应用和康复效果。方法选取我院2014年11月—2016年10月股骨颈骨折患者92例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各46例。对照组行经后外侧入路全髋关节置换术,观察组行经前外侧入路微创小切口全髋关节置换术。比较两组手术情况、住院天数与术后髋关节功能。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组髋关节功能优良率为93.48%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折患者行全髋关节置换术中予以经前外侧入路微创小切口,可减少术中出血,提高髋关节功能。Objective To study the effect of manual reduction combined with small splint external fixation on fracture healing time and wrist function in patients with radius fracture. Methods 92 cases of femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the study objects, and according to random digital table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The control group received posterolateral approach for total hip arthroplasty, and the observation group received minimally invasive incision by anterior lateral approach. The operation condition, length of stay and postoperative hip function were compared between the two groups. Results Theoperation time, intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After 6 months of the follow-up, the excellent and good rate of hip joint function of the observation group was 93.48%, higher than that of the control group 69.57%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive incision by anterior lateral approach for patients with total hip arthroplasty can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, and improve the function of hip joint.
