43例扁桃体切除术后出血相关因素的分析和护理

摘　　要：目的总结扁桃体切除术后出血的相关因素和治疗、护理对策。方法选取我科收治的扁桃体切除术后出血患者43例作为研究对象,分析所有患者的出血原因、出血情况,采取不同的止血治疗方案,进行针对性护理。结果 43例出血患者经过各项止血措施、积极治疗与精心护理后,伤口出血均得到有效控制。患者治愈28例,好转15例,患者住院时间在2~23天,平均为(8.0±2.1)天。2例患者二次入院,其余患者出院后均未再次出血。结论应根据出血的部位、范围、血量、局部有无感染等特征,采取不同的止血方法。对扁桃体术后出血的相关因素开展有效的预防对策,加强围手术期管理,能够显著减少术后出血的产生以及可能造成的严重后果。对已经存在术后出血的患者,采取积极治疗和精心护理,可以促进患者康复。Objective To summarize the related factors of hemorrhage after tonsillectomy and treatment and nursing countermeasures. Methods43 cases of bleeding patients after tonsillectomy methods treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The causes of bleeding and bleeding of all the patients were analyzed, and different hemostasis treatment schemes were adopted to carry out pertinent nursing. ResultsAfter all the hemostasis measures, active treatment and careful nursing in 43 cases of bleeding, the bleeding of the wound was effectively controlled. The patients were cured in 28 cases and improved in 15 cases. The patient was hospitalized for 2 ~ 23 days, with an average of（8.0±2.1） days. 2 patients were admitted to hospital two times, and the rest of the patients were not rebleeding after discharge. Conclusion Different methods of hemostasis should be taken according to the location, range, blood volume and local infection of the bleeding. Effective prevention measures for postoperative factors related to bleeding after tonsillectomy and strengthening perioperative management can significantly reduce postoperative bleeding and serious consequences. Taking active treatment and careful nursing to the patients who have already had postoperative bleeding can promote the recovery of the patients.
