摘 要:目的研究分析在老年股骨颈股折手术后的康复训练过程中实施健康教育的效果和作用。方法选取2014年4月—2016年10月在本院接受治疗的股骨颈股骨折患者68例作为研究对象。将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组使用常规护理干预模式,观察组则是在对照组的基础上,实施针对性的健康指导干预。采用李氏关节功能评估法,对两组患者的疼痛水平、关节活动情况以及坐位耐久性进行评估。结果两组患者的疼痛水平、关节活动情况以及坐位耐久性对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对股骨颈股隔着术后的老年患者的康复训练,积极的运用健康教育的模式能够显著的提升患者实施康复训练的效果,有效地促进患者恢复。Objective To study the effect and effect of health education in the rehabilitation training of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 68 cases of patients with femoral neck femoral fractures treated in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 patients in each group. In the control group, the routine nursing intervention model was used. The observation group was treated with targeted health guidance on the basis of the control group. The pain level, joint activity and sitting durability of the two groups were evaluated by the Lee's joint function evaluation method evaluation. Results There were significant differences in pain level, joint activity and sitting durability between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical practice of health education can significantly improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation training and improve the recovery of patients in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck.
