探讨无创机械通气在呼吸重症患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对无创机械通气在呼吸重症患者护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法随机抽取我院收治的86例符合纳入标准的呼吸重症患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,给予无创机械通气。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者p H、动脉血氧分压及血二氧化碳分压较对照组均更加接近正常值,观察组患者护理满意度为97.67%,高于对照组患者的护理满意度86.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸重症患者的护理中应用无创机械通气,能够有效提高患者的护理效果和护理满意度,有利于促进患者的预后和提高护理人员的工作积极性和医院的声誉。Objective To analyze the application effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in nursing for patients with severe respiratory diseases. Methods 86 patients met the inclusion criteria of severe respiratory disease in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object and divided into two groups, one group was treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The p H, arterial oxygen pressure and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group were closer to the normal values than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%, which was higher than that of the control group（86.05%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in respiratory nursing for critically ill patients, can effectively improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of patients, and it is conducive to the prognosis of patients and improve the nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm and the reputation of the hospital.
