改良式手背静脉穿刺法在老年患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的改良手背静脉穿刺方法,以提高老年患者静脉穿刺成功率、减少血管损伤、减轻疼痛。方法 2015年1月至2016年12月,便利抽样法选取萍乡市人民医院消化科新入院需静脉输液的老年患者200例为研究对象。采用单盲法左右手自身对照,将每位患者的左手和右手随机按传统的握拳式手背静脉穿刺法或者改良式手背静脉穿刺法进行穿刺。比较两种静脉穿刺方法的效果。结果两种静脉穿刺方法的回血时间、淤血数、外渗数、静脉穿刺成功率、疼痛程度比较的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良式手背静脉穿刺法可提高静脉穿刺成功率、减少输液外渗、减少患者痛苦,为临床老年患者手背静脉穿刺提供了一种新的方法,值得临床推广。Objective To explore a method for improving the success rate ot venipuncture,reclucmg ttae m- jury of blood vessels and alleviating pain in elderly patients.Methods By convenience sampling,200 cases of newly admitted elderly patients were enrolled,and the left and right hands were treated with traditional opisthenar venipuncture method and improved opisthenar venipuncture method randomly. The effects of two methods were compared.Results Significant differences were observed between the two groups in the time of blood backflow,the number of cases with congestion, the number of cases with extravasation,the success rate of venipuncture and the degree of pain （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved opisthenar venipuncture method can increase the success rate of venipuncture,reduce the infusion extravasation, and alleviate the pain of patients provides a new method for opisthenar venipuncture in elderly patients and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
