摘 要:【目的/意义】微博中网民的负面情感反映了网民对于舆情事件的不满和诉求,网民的负面情感如何产生、又如何调节,一直是政府应急响应过程中重点关注的问题。【方法/过程】ACT-R是人类认知能力针对特定行为模型的通用框架,可以完全或几乎完全模拟人与其所处环境的真实交互。本文以ACT-R理论模型为核心,结合突发事件中网民负面情感决策相关知识与信息行为任务目标,研究微博网民负面情感认知决策过程。以"天津爆炸"突发事件为实验案例,对本文提出的决策模型进行验证。【结果/结论】实验结果表明:本文提出的模型可以有效的反映网民负面情感的产生过程,为政府从认知角度调节网民的负面情感提供了新思路。[Purpose/significance] The negative emotion of netizens in microblog reflects the dissatisfaction and appeals to the public opinion events. How the negative emotion of netizens come into being and how to adjust it has been a key con- eem in the process of government emergency response. [ Method/process ] ACT-R, a common framework for human cogni- tive ability to specific behavior, can completely or nearly completely mimic the real interaction between human and environ- ment. This paper based on the corn of ACT-R theoretical model, combining with the specific tasks and knowledge hypothe- sis, studies the negative emotional cognition decision-making process of netizens. The paper also takes "Tianjin Explosion" emergencies as the experimental objects to verify the proposed model. [Result/conclusion]the results show that the associat- ed process model proposed in this paper can effectively reflect users negative emotions and behavior of information users, and provide a new way for the government to regulate the negative emotions of netizens.
