摘 要:橡胶树幼嫩茎及叶片中含有大量初生乳管,可合成和贮存天然橡胶。为研究橡胶树初生乳管中天然橡胶的特性,本研究采用丙酮和环己烷溶剂从橡胶树幼嫩枝叶提取初生乳管橡胶,对橡胶成分进行质谱鉴定,分析橡胶的分子量表征,比较不同无性系的橡胶含量。结果表明,提取到的橡胶含99%的聚异戊二烯,叶片橡胶分子量与常规橡胶的相似,橡胶含量随无性系而异。本研究结果将为橡胶树灌木化栽培生产方式提供理论依据。The young branches and leaves of hevea was full of primary laticifer,could store natural rubber. The primary laticifer rubber was extracted by acetone and hexamethylene solutions and identified by GC-MS. The molecular characteristic was analyzed. The rubber contents were compared among different clone lines. The results showed that there were 99 per cent of polyisoprene in the primary laticifer rubber. The molecular characteristic of primary rubber was the same as that of conventional rubber. The rubber content varied with the clones. This provided references for the shrubby cultivation of Hevea brasiliensis.
