摘  要:为了筛选白木香优树,在同一时间采用断干法对白木香群体进行结香,2年后随机选取其中已结香的100棵树,对其所得沉香样品进行比较;根据结香体积的差异划分为3组,从每组中分别选取2个样本进行GC-MS分析。结果表明,不同组样本的化学成分有差异,根据结香体积和化学成分,确定第I组白木香为优良结香个体。本研究结果为进一步筛选白木香群体中的优树提供数据基础。In order to screen the superior trees, Aquilaria sinensis were induced to produce agarwood by cutting at the same time. Two years later, 100 trees which had been produced incense were selected randomly, and the produced agarwoods were compared. According to the volume of produced resinous (agarwood volume) , the 100 trees heads could be divided into 3 types. Two samples from each type were selected and analyzed by GC-MS analysis. The results showed that the chemical composition of 3 types were different with each other. According to the agarwood volume and chemical composition, the I group had better ability of producing agarwood. This paper provided the data base for further selecting of the superior tree in the population.
