摘　　要：和谐办公室文化建设有利于增强办公活力,提升工作凝聚力,强化办公协作力。基于和谐理论的指引,明确了以"以人为本"为价值原则,以"和谐办公室"为价值本质,以"社会和谐发展"为价值目标的价值定位,建构了和谐办公室文化模型并分析需要处理好的几大关系,最后提出了相应的建设策略。Harmonious office culture is conducive to enhancing office vitality,improving work cohesion and strengthening office collaboration. Based on the guidance of harmonious theory,the essay clarifies the principle of＂people-oriented＂,the essence of value is＂harmonious office＂and the value proposition of＂social harmony development＂is the value target. The essay constructs a harmonious office culture model and analyzes the relationships that need to be dealt with,and finally puts forward the corresponding construction strategies.
