摘　　要：矿业权审批制度改革是国土资源部行政审批制度改革的一项重要内容,本文梳理了十八大以来,国土资源部矿业权审批制度改革中,简政放权做"减法"、加强监管做"加法"和优化服务做"乘法"的进展和成效,提出了下一步努力的方向,为矿业权放管服改革向纵深推进提供借鉴。The reform of approval system of mineral exploration and mining rights is an important part of the reform of administrative examination and approval system of the Ministry of Land and Resources, this article has analyzed in detail the measures and effects of the reform since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, including the ＂Subtraction＂ of Streamlining Administration and Delegating Power, the ＂Addition＂ of Supervisory Management and the ＂Multiplication＂ of Optimized Services. Also, we put forward the direction of the following efforts. These will provide references for the reform of the management of mineral exploration and mining rights
