基于知-信-行模式的护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查及并发症预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价基于知-信-行模式的护理干预在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查及并发症预防中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院接受无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的患者126例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组按照常规流程进行护理,观察组基于知-信-行模式,制定详细的方案进行护理干预。观察比较两组患者护理干预后心理状况、检查后并发症及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组SDS,SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于知-信-行模式的护理干预能够有效缓解抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪,减少术后并发症发生,提高护理满意度,可为临床护理提供参考依据。Objective： To evaluate the application effect of nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy and complication prevention based on knowledge-attitudes-behaviors pattern. Methods： A total of 126 patients with painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were equally divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated according to the routine procedure. The observation group was treated with intervention nursing through detailed plans based on the knowledge-attitudes-behaviors pattern. The psychological status,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The nursing intervention based on the knowledge-attitudes-behaviors pattern can effectively alleviate the negative emotions such as depression and anxiety. It also can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which can provide reference for clinical nursing.
