摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低维持性血液透析(MHD)患者高钾血症发生率中的应用效果。方法:通过QCC活动,分析本年度第二季度我院透析室持续质量改进的报表数据,确立"如何降低MHD患者高钾血症的发生率"为主题,并随机抽取患者55例,找出高钾血症的发生要因,拟定对策并实施干预,采取自身前后对照研究的方法评估干预6个月后患者高钾血症的发生状况。结果:通过6个月的QCC活动,55例患者中高钾血症的发生情况明显降低,患者的血清钾平均水平也明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:QCC活动的应用有效降低了MHD患者高钾血症的发生率及血钾水平,同时还提升了团队的护理素质水平,有利于优质护理服务的开展。Objective: To investigate the application effect of quality control circle( QCC) activity in reducing the incidence of hyperkalemia in maintenance hemodialysis( MHD) patients. Methods: The report data of continuous quality improvement in hemodialysis room of our hospital for the second quarter of this year was analyzed through QCC activity. " How to reduce the incidence of hyperkalemia in patients with MHD" was determined as the theme. A total of 55 patients were randomly selected,to find out the root cause of hyperkalemia and enact countermeasures and execute intervention. The incidence of hyperkalemia six months after intervention was evaluated by the method of self-control study. Results: After six months of QCC activity,the incidence of hyperkalemia in 55 patients was significantly reduced,and the serum potassium level in patients was also significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of QCC activity can effectively reduce the incidence of hyperkalemia and blood potassium level in MHD patients,and also improve the quality of team nursing,which is conducive to the development of high quality nursing service.
