精细护理干预在肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨细致化护理应用于肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术患者中的效果,为肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术患者临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2015年12月~2016年12月我院临床收治的肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术患者144例为研究对象。随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予临床常规护理措施,主要包括健康宣教、饮食指导、卫生护理、环境护理等;观察组在对照组基础上给予细致化护理干预措施。对两组患者干预后的生活质量评分和护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果:观察组各项生活质量评分结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细致化护理干预措施和方法应用于肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术患者的临床护理效果显著,患者的生活质量和护理满意度均得到显著提升。Objective： To explore the effect of meticulous nursing care in patients with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE） for liver cancer,and to provide evidence for clinical nursing of patients with TACE. Methods： To select 144 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by TACE from December 2015 to December 2016 as the subjects of our study. Randomly divide them into control group and observation group,and give clinical routine nursing measures to the control group,mainly including health education,dietary guidance,health care,environmental care,etc.; give the detailed nursing intervention to the observation group on the basis of the control group. The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Meticulous nursing interventions and methods applied to patients with liver cancer undergoing TACE had significant clinical nursing effects,and their quality of life and nursing satisfaction had been significantly improved.
