护理干预联合右美托咪定对小儿气管内麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预联合右美托咪定对小儿吸入全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响效果。方法:选择2016年3月~2017年3月我院行择期扁桃体切除术、腺样体消融术、单侧疝囊高位结扎术手术的患儿100例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组患儿围术期接受基于常规气管内麻醉联合右美托咪定治疗;对照组患儿接受常规气管内麻醉方案治疗。在患儿苏醒期采用Ricker镇静-躁动评分(SAS)量化评分表,评估患儿在气管内全麻苏醒期躁动的情况。结果:观察组患儿气管内麻醉苏醒期躁动比例低于对照组,观察组患儿气管内麻醉苏醒期躁动情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预联合右美托咪定方案在小儿气管内麻醉苏醒期,能有效降低患儿躁动的发生率及躁动发生程度,整个苏醒期更加安静平稳,利于医护人员的观察治疗,减少因患儿躁动导致家属产生不良情绪,有益于改善医患关系,值得在临床工作中推广应用。Objective; To explore the effect of nursing intervention combined with dexmedetomidin on the restlessness of children during the awakening period of general anesthesia. Methods： To select 100 children who underwent elective tonsillectomy,adenoidectomy and high ligation of unilateral hernia sacs in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The children in the observation group were treated with routine intratracheal anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine during perioperative period,and the control group received routine endotracheal anesthesia. In the awakening period of the children,the Ricker sedative-restless score scale was used to evaluate the children’s restlessness during the awakening period of the tracheal general anesthesia. Results： The rate of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during the awakening period of the endotracheal anesthesia,the restlessness in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group during the awakening period of the endotracheal anesthesia,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention combined with dexmedetomidine in pediatric endotracheal anesthesia recovery period could effectively reduce the incidence and degree of children ’s restlessness and the whole recovery period was more quiet and stable. It was conducive to the observation and treatment by medical staff,could reduce the ill mood of the family members caused by the restlessness of the children and was conducive to improving the relationship between doctors and patients,and it was worthy of popularization and application in clinical work.
