摘　　要：锌是人体重要的微量元素之一,对人体生长发育等多种生理功能具有重要调节作用,锌元素缺乏时可引起人体生长发育障碍、免疫功能低下、腹泻等多系统和器官功能障碍,并表现出相应的临床症状。因此,近年来关于锌缺乏在多种临床疾病中的作用研究日益受到重视,其中锌缺乏与心血管系统疾病之间的关系成为研究热点之一,并且目前已经取得了许多有意义的研究成果。本文拟就目前锌缺乏与相关心血管疾病关系研究进展进行总结。Zinc is one of the important trace elements in the human body,and plays important role in human physiological functions including human growth and development. Zinc deficiency can cause multiple systemic and organ dysfunction,such as human growth and development disorders,immune dysfunction,diarrhea and other clinical symptoms. Therefore,in recent years,research of the relationship between zinc deficiency and many clinical diseases has been the focus of attention. Among them,cardiovascular disease has become a hotspot,and many meaningful research results have been made. This paper summarizes the current research on the relationship between zinc deficiency and related cardiovascular diseases.
