团队拓展视域下高校思政教育创新实证研究

摘　　要：团队拓展训练能在"有趣"和"有料"的氛围下培养大学生集体意识、团队精神、提升大学生目标管理、沟通担当、协作互信、执行调整等重要能力,并进一步帮助塑造大学生的健康人格。实践证明:团队拓展训练是大学生团体普遍喜欢和接受的思政教育方式,对创新大学生思政教育的方法和载体,具有十分重要的示范性意义。Team outward bound is able to develop university students team spirit , improvin target management, mutual communication, sense of responsibility, cooperation and adjusted execution, etc. and shape their healthy personalities. Relevant practice demonstrates that such a and acceptable for university students, is of great significance for the innovation education.
