摘 要:座舱压力调节系统作为环控系统的重要组成部分,主要作用是调节飞机座舱压力,保证在给定的飞行高度上,使座舱具有满足人体生理要求的压力及其变化速率,最终确保飞行任务的圆满完成。本文根据维护手册,通过对某型俄制大型运输机各组件工作原理的描述,抽象出各机构结构简图,并分别采用不变压力控制机构等效算法和漏气补偿法,对两种典型故障进行了深入分析与探究,为同类系统的维护保障积累了经验。Cabin pressure regulating system is the important part of environmental control systemof aircraft, and its main role is to regulate the cabin pressure of aircraft. So it can be ensured thatthe cabin has the pressure and the rate at the given flight height which can meet the humanphysiological requirements, and ensure the flight mission be finished satisfactorily. According tothe description of the working principle of the regulating system in maintenance manual of a largetransport aircraft made in Russia, the structural diagram of all mechanisms is abstracted. Theequivalent algorithm of constant pressure control mechanism and the leakage compensationmethod are used respectively to analyze and study the two typical faults in depth, which providesexperience for similar system maintenance.
