三妙宣痹汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三妙宣痹汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法采用三妙宣痹汤及锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐对50例急性痛风性关节炎患者进行为期2周的治疗。观察患者的治疗效果;比较治疗前后患者的关节疼痛、压痛、红肿、活动受限评分的变化;检测比较治疗前后患者血尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)水平。结果治疗2周后,患者的治疗总有效率为98.00%;关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、活动受限评分均明显低于治疗前,UA、CRP、ESR水平均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三妙宣痹汤联合锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐治疗急性痛风性关节炎,可以显著改善患者的临床症状,降低血尿酸及炎性因子水平,无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanmiao Xuanbi decoction combined with technetium [99 Tc] methylenediphosphonate in acute gouty arthritis patients. Methods A total of 50 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients were treated by Sanmiao Xuanbi decoction combined with technetium [ 99Tc ] methylenediphosphonate for 2 weeks. Observation the therapeutic effect of the patients. The joint pain, pressure pain, redness and swelling and activity limitation score of the patients were compared before and after treatment. The levels of serum uric acid （ UA）, C reactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） were compared before and after treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was 98%. The scores of joint pain, pressure pain, swelling and limited activity were lower than those before treatment, the levels of UA, CRP and ESR were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sanmiao Xuanbi decoction combined with technetium [ 99Tc ] methylenediphosphonate treatment of acute gouty arthritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, reduce the level of blood uric acid and inflammatory factors, and have no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
