摘　　要：晋察冀边区政府的机构是在抗日战争特定的历史环境下形成的临时性政权结构,边区政府的行政机构随着抗战形势逐步地建立、扩大,职能不断走向完善。晋察冀边区根据当时本地区的实际情况设立机构对各项工作进行领导,使社会保障的各项工作更加具有针对性和指导性。边区的政府机构、群众团体组织、工会都是开展社会保障的部门,这些部门落实了宏微观相结合的理念,把群众的切身利益当作本部门的工作标准,使社会保障工作得以顺利的完成。The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area government agencies are a temporary power structure formed in the specific historical environment of the Anti-Japanese war. The government of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area established the institutions according to the actual conditions of the region at that time, which played an important role during the Anti-Japanese war.
