摘　　要：分析了核医学工作场所中放射性废气的来源及途径,详细介绍了每种途径中产生放射性废气的方式以及主要成分,并根据不同来源的放射性废气给予了具有针对性的排放系统防护设计方案,以求达到相关法律、法规的要求,保证临床工作的正常开展,保障核医学工作人员、患者以及周围环境的安全。This article produced the origin of radioactive waste gas in nuclear medical workplace and the main components of radioactive waste gas produced in different ways. According to the radioactive waste gases from different sources, the protective design schemes of the exhaust system were given to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, ensure the smooth carrying-out of cl inical work , and safeguard the nuclear medical staff, patients and the surrounding environment.
