摘  要:目的:为提高毛脉酸模生物量,筛选促进毛脉酸模生长的内生真菌,初步研究其促生作用。方法:研究比较了17种毛脉酸模内生真菌对其生长的影响,并对提高毛脉酸模生物量的内生真菌进行了鉴定。结果:有5株内生真菌显著增加了毛脉酸模的生物量,2株内生真菌对种苗没有明显的促进和抑制作用,剩余10株内生真菌对毛脉酸模有不同程度的抑制作用。结论:从毛脉酸模中筛选出5株促进生长的内生真菌,分别来自于丝核菌属、小尾孢属、齿痕霉属、长蠕孢属、木霉属。Objective: To screen the endophytic fungi that promote the growth of Rumex gmelini Turcz to improve its biomass,and to study the promoting effect preliminarily. Methods: 17 endophytic fungi from Rumex gmelini Turcz were studied,and the endophytic fungi that increased the biomass of Rumex gmelini Turcz were identified. Results: There were five strains of endophytic fungi significantly increased the biomass of Rumex gmelini Turcz,two strains of endophytic fungi had no obvious effect on seedling growth,and the remaining 10 strains of endophytic fungi had different degrees of inhibition on the growth of Rumex gmelini Turcz. Conclusion: The five endophytic fungi that promote the seedling growth were derived from the genus Rhizoctonia,Cercosporella,Vakrabeeja,Helminthosporium,and Trichoderma.
