摘  要:海浪灾害是我国海洋灾害的重要组成部分,2000—2016年中国海洋灾害公报的统计数据显示,我国海洋灾害导致的我国人员死亡或失踪人数中的66.7%是海浪灾害引起的;而2004—2016年中国海洋灾害公报的统计数据显示,在3种海浪灾害中,冷空气浪和气旋浪导致的人员死亡或失踪人数占比为85.3%,可见冷空气浪和气旋浪直接影响着民众的生命安全。在对中国海洋灾害公报数据进行统计分析的基础上,结合对国内外相关研究进展的评述,总结了中国冷空气浪和气旋浪的基本特性及其引发灾害的分布特征。通过研究可以发现,中国近海的冷空气浪破坏性大于气旋浪,且经济损失和人员损失分布存在南北差异。Wave disaster is an important part of Marine disaster in China.The statistics from 2000—2016 China's Marine disaster bulletin show that 66.7% of the total number of people killed or missing in China caused by Marine disasters are caused by wave disasters.And statistics from 2004—2016 China Marine disaster bulletin show that the proportion of people killed or missing from cold air waves and cyclone waves is 85.3% in three kinds of wave disaster.It can be seen that cold air waves and cyclone waves directly affect people's life safety.This paper is based on the statistical analysis of the data of China's Marine disaster bulletin and reviews the progress of domestic and foreign research.Finally it summarizes the basic characteristics of the cold air waves and cyclone waves in China and the distribution characteristics of the disasters caused by them.Through the study of this paper,it can be found that the cold air waves in China's coastal waters is more destructive than the cyclone waves,and the economic loss and the loss of personnel distribution are different between the south and the north of China.
