摘 要:与风能、波浪能和潮流能单独发电相比,有关各能源综合发电的特性研究尚存在诸多问题。现有的关于风、浪、流三者综合发电功率评估的研究还未出现,并且,有关风电功率、潮流发电功率、波浪发电功率的波动性对电力系统稳定性的影响的评估没有考虑在内。针对风、浪、流综合发电功率波动评估问题,在确定风浪流发电理论功率计算方法的基础上,围绕综合发电的目标,提出了体现综合发电平稳性的"幅值稳定性","持续时间稳定性"以及"同步性"3个新概念及相应指标体系,用来描述综合发电平稳性,为发电功率的波动评估和协调利用提供相应指标和科学依据。Compared with wind,wave and tidal current energy generating electricity separately,there are still many problems with the study of the characteristics of integrated power generation.So far,there isn' t any research about the evaluation of the integrated power generation of wind,wave and tidal current.And,the evaluation of the volatility of wind,wave and tidal current power generation which affects the stability of the power system is not taken into account.Therefore,according to the evaluation of the integrated power generation fluctuation of wind,wave and tidal current,on the basic of determining the calculation method of the theoretical power generation of wind,wave and tidal current,around the goal of integrated power generation,three new concepts and the corresponding indicator system to describe the stability of integrated power generation were proposed,which are the amplitude stability,the duration stability and synchronicity,to provide appropriate indicators and scientific basis for the the volatility assessment and coordinated utilization of the power generation.
