摘  要:为解决海上石油平台电力系统在建设与改造时决策困难的问题,设计并开发了海上石油平台电力系统评价与决策分析系统。以电力系统评价体系为基础,通过生产历史数据、现场实验及仿真分析,对电力系统评价体系涉及的指标进行量化评分,经过加权、优先级、否决项等条件的调整后,得出方案综合评分,实现对目标电力系统方案的优选与决策。运用该系统对目前海上石油平台的工频和变频两种供电模式进行分析,结果表明:变频供电模式比工频供电模式优势并不明显,使用谐波比较严重的变频控制方案,变频模式的量化评分低于工频模式。In order to solve the problem of decision-making difficulty in the construction and reconstruction of offshore oil platform power system,a power system evaluation and decision analysis system for offshore oil platform was designed and developed.Taking the evaluation system of power system as the basis,through the analysis of historical production data,field experiments and simulation,The index related to the power system evaluation is quantified.After adjusting the conditions such as weighting,priority and rejection,the comprehensive score of the plan and achieve the optimization and decision of the target power system plan were obtained.The use of the system on the offshore oil platform frequency and frequency two power modes were analyzed,the results showed that the inverter power supply mode is not obvious advantages than the power supply mode,using the frequency conversion control scheme with more serious harmonic,the quantitative score of the frequency conversion mode is lower than the power frequency mode.
