摘  要:为了解决低透高突煤层瓦斯抽采效果差的技术难题,摸索新的更高效的瓦斯抽采措施,进行了气态物质置换解吸煤层瓦斯和液态物质抑制煤层瓦斯解吸防治与利用瓦斯试验研究。出于验证高压CO_2煤体预裂及置换解吸技术在瓦斯动力现象明显的煤层应用的安全性和高效性,选择在官地矿22610工作面进行相关实验研究。结果表明:高压CO_2煤体预裂及置换解吸技术在实施中效果明显,其中瓦斯抽采量增加4倍以上,瓦斯抽放浓度增加200%以上,抽采1个月后浓度仍在40%以上,能够提高现有井下瓦斯抽采系统的瓦斯抽采效率和所抽采的瓦斯浓度,对于缩短吸附性瓦斯抽采周期起到了革命性的效果。In order to solve the technical problems of poor gas extraction in low permeability and high outburst coal seam,in this paper,the study of gaseous material replacement of desorbed coal seam gas or the use of liquid substances to suppress coal seam gas desorption to prevent gas outburst was carried out,new and more effective gas extraction measures were explored.To verify the safety of " high-pressure CO_2 coal seam pre-splitting and displacement desorption technology" in the coal and gas outburst coal seam,some relevant tests had been done in 22610 working face of Guandi Mine.The results show that in the implementation of coal mine gas extraction and drainage,high-pressure CO_2 coal seam pre-splitting and displacement desorption technology does play a good role,extraction quantity increased 4 times,gas drainage concentration increased more than 200%,a month late,the concentration is still more than 40%,this can greatly improve the efficiency of existing underground gas extraction and gas extraction concentration,which has a revolutionary effect in reducing the cycle of reducing the adsorption of gas.
