摘  要:通过对煤与瓦斯突出预测现状分析,探讨了目前国内常用的突出预测指标,并论述了其不足之处。基于常见突出预测指标时常会造成"低指标突出"事故,认为这些指标并不能从本质上综合地反映出煤层突出危险性。指出初始释放瓦斯膨胀能指标能从突出机理实质性的体现出煤层的突出危险性,并通过工程应用实例证实了其突出预测的准确性,能够减少或杜绝"低指标突出"事故,是一个具有应用价值及前景的突出预测和突出强度预测指标。建议初始释放瓦斯膨胀能指标能够得到应有的重视,能得到相应的推广和应用;同时建议矿井或煤层应根据突出强度进行分级管理。Based on the analysis of the prediction of coal and gas outburst,the commonly used outburst prediction indexes in China were discussed,and their deficiencies are discussed.Based on the common outburst prediction index,the " low index outburst" accident often occurs,and it was considered that these indexes can not reflect the risk of coal seam outburst in essence.Pointed out that the expansion energy index from substantial outburst mechanism reflects the outburst danger of coal seam initial releasing gas,and through the engineering application proved its outburst prediction accuracy,can be very good to reduce or eliminate " low index outburst accident,is a good predictor of outburst forecast application value and prospect and the intensity of outburst.It is suggested that the expansion energy index of the initial release gas can be paid more attention to,and it can be popularized and applied accordingly.At the same time,it is suggested that the coal mine or coal seam should be graded according to the intensity of outburst.
