血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体在类风湿性关节炎患者中的表达分析

摘　　要：目的 :检测类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者可溶性白细胞介素2受体(soluble interleukin-2 receptor,s IL-2R)、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的表达水平,分析s IL-2R与IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及CRP的相关性,探讨s IL-2R在RA发病中的意义。方法:收集80例RA患者(RA组)和健康体检者(对照组)血清,采用化学发光法检测s IL-2R、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8的表达及免疫比浊法检测CRP的表达。分析s IL-2R与IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及CRP的相关性。结果:RA组患者血清中s IL-2R、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和CRP表达量均明显高于健康体检组,且s IL-2R在女性人群中较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。s IL-2R与IL-1β(r=0.556)、IL-6(r=0.478)、IL-8(r=0.729)及CRP(r=0.469)之间均呈正性相关,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中s IL-2R与RA的发病存在一定的关系,为寻找RA治疗靶点提供新的参考依据。Objective：To detect the serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor（s IL-2R）,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and C-reactive protein（CRP） levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and analyze the correlation among s IL-2R with IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP,in order to investigate the significance of s IL-2R in RA patients.Methods： 80 cases of RA patients（experimental group） and healthy controls（control group） were collected to measure the s IL-2R,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 levels by chemiluminescence immunoassay and CRP levels by immunoturbidimetry.The correlation among s IL-2R with IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP were analyzed by statistics.Results： s IL-2R,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP levels in RA patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls,and high levels of s IL-2R were detected in the female group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.In the experimental group,the serum s IL-2R levels were positively correlated with the levels of IL-1β（r=0.556）,IL-6（r=0.478）,IL-8（r=0.729） and CRP（r=0.469）,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： There was a certain relationship between s IL-2R and the onset of RA,which provided a new basis of searching treatment target of rheumatoid arthritis.
