摘　　要：动脉导管未闭(PDA)是一种常见的先天性心脏病,目前介入治疗已成为其主要治疗方法。迷走神经反射是一种少见的先天性心脏病介入治疗并发症,在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中更为少见。本文报道了1例小儿PDA封堵术后出现迷走神经反射的患儿,并复习了相关文献,以分析其可能的发病机制及诊治要点,为临床提供参考。Patent ductus arteriosus is one of common congenital heart diseases,and interventional therapy is its preferred therapeutic method at present. Vagus reflex is a rare complication in the interventional therapy for congenital heart disease,especially in children. This paper reported a child who occurred vagus reflex after transcatheter occlusion for patent ductus arteriosus and reviewed related literatures, to analyze the possible pathogenesis and main points of diagnose and management for clinicians.
