锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法对50例胫骨中下段闭合骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板治疗,观察手术指标及骨折愈合情况。结果切口长度5~12(8.03±3.06)cm,手术时间32~52(40.55±8.00)min,术中出血量40~60(55.50±10.05)ml。患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。术后4个月骨折均达到临床愈合标准。末次随访时患肢功能恢复良好。结论闭合复位锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折手术创伤小,对骨折断端的血运保护较好,利于术后骨折愈合和患肢功能的恢复;尤其对于粉碎性、螺旋形胫骨骨折,更能体现闭合复位对血运及骨折愈合的重要性。Objective To explore the curative effect of locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods The 50 patients with closed distal tibial fractures underwent locking compression plate treatment , the surgical index and fracture healing were observed.Results The incision length of the patient was 5~12（8.03 ±3.06）cm,the operation time was 32~52（40.55 ±8.00）min and the intraoperative bleeding was 40~60 （55.50 ±10.05）ml.The follow-up time was 6~12 months.The fractures reached the standard of clinical healing at 4 months postoperation.The functional recovery of the affected limb was satisfactory at the last follow-up.Conclusions Surgical treatment with closed reduction and locking compression plate fixation for oblique line , crushing , spiral tibial fractures , surgical trauma is less , which is better to protect the broken end of fracture and is helpful for the healing of postoperative fracture and recovery of limb function.
