膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及对血清相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对血清相关指标的影响。方法将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为膝关节镜治疗组(对照组,45例)和膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠组(观察组,45例),比较两组不同VAS评分及不同Kellgren-Lawrence分级者的治疗有效率以及两组治疗前后的血清相关指标。结果观察组中不同VAS评分及不同Kellgren-Lawrence分级者的治疗有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后5、10、15 d患者的血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、CAT-D、MMP-1及MMP-9水平观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效较好,且可显著改善患者血清相关指标,对膝骨关节炎患者的治疗具有应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knee arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate in the patients with knee osteoarthritis and influence for the serum related indexes.Methods The 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into knee arthroscopy treatment group （control group,45 cases） and knee arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate group （observation group,45 cases）.The treatment effective rate of different VAS and different Kellgren-Lawrence classifications , and the serum related indexes were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of observation group with different VAS and different Kellgren-Lawrence classifications were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The serum IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, CAT-D, MMP-1, MMP-9 levels of observation group were lower than those of control group at 5, 10, 15 d after the treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Knee arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate have better effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis , and can significantly improve the serum related indexes , which have application value in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
