加味地黄饮子方干预自然衰老鼠与正常成年鼠免疫功能的对比性研究

摘　　要：目的:比较加味地黄饮子方对自然衰老鼠与正常成年鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:选取SD雄性大鼠,24月龄20只作为自然衰老实验组,选取12月龄20只作为正常成年对照组。2组大鼠给予加味地黄饮子灌胃,8周后检测免疫指标。比较2组间白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例,比较T细胞CD4^+、CD8^+、CD3^+比例,比较NK细胞、巨噬细胞、B细胞比例,比较IgA、IgG、IgM含量的差异。结果:自然衰老组大鼠的淋巴细胞比例升高;T细胞CD4^+和CD3^+比例升高、CD8^+比例降低;NK细胞、巨噬细胞、B细胞比例升高;IgA、IgG、IgM含量升高。结论:加味地黄饮子方可以提高自然衰老大鼠的免疫功能,可通过影响免疫功能发挥延缓衰老的作用。Objective： to compare the effects of Jiawei Dihuang Yinzi Fang on the immune function in natural aging rats and normal adult rats. Methods： 20 SD male rats of 24 months old were selected as experimental group of natural aging,and 20 rats of 12 months old as normal adult control group. Both groups were treated with intragastric administration with Jiawei Dihuang Yinzi Fang to detect immunological index after 8 weeks. Compare white blood cell count the proportions of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the 2 groups,compare the proportions of T-cells of CD4~＋,CD8~＋and CD3~＋,compare the proportions of NK cells,macrophages and B cells,and compare the differences of IgA,IgG and IgM contents. Results： In natural aging group,lymphocytes increased; CD4~＋and CD3~＋increased; CD8~＋decreased; NK cells,macrophages and B cells increased; and the contents of IgA,IgG and IgM increased.Conclusion： Jiawei Dihuang Yinzi Fang can improve the immune function of natural aging rats,and can play the role of anti-aging by affecting immune function.
