蒲公英在治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性脱发中的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟方茵陈二苓汤配伍蒲公英治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法:将90例脾虚湿热型脂溢性脱发患者按照随机对照原则分为治疗组(A组45例)、对照组(B组45例)2组,A组给予自拟方茵陈二苓汤配伍蒲公英治疗,B组给予自拟方茵陈二苓汤治疗,2组均外用酮康唑洗剂治疗。治疗3个月后观察和比较2组的临床疗效。结果:A组总有效率(80.00%)显著高于B组(60.00%),比较2组疗效差异具有显著性(P<0.05);无不良反应。结论:自拟方茵陈二苓汤配伍蒲公英治疗脾虚湿热型脂溢性脱发,疗效显著、安全。Objective： To study clinical effect of self-made Yinchen Erling Tang combined with dandelion in treatment of spleendeficiency-and-dampness-heat-type alopecia seborrheica. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ group A,45 cases） and control group（ group B,45 cases）. Group A was treated with Yinchen Erling Tang with dandelion while group B without.Both groups were given Ketoconazole Lotion for external use. After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate in group A（ 80. 00%） was significantly higher than that in group B（ 60. 00%）,and the difference between the 2 groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）,and no adverse reaction was found. Conclusion：The self-made Yinchen Erling Tang combined with dandelion is effective and safe in treatment of spleen-deficiency-and-dampness-heattype alopecia seborrheica.
