区域贸易组织对WTO多边贸易体制的影响——以中国-东盟自贸区为例

摘　　要：作为WTO最惠国待遇原则最大的例外,目前区域贸易组织发展势头强劲。对比中国-东盟自贸区(CAFTA)与世界贸易组织(WTO)在货物贸易协议、服务贸易协议和争端解决机制方面的异同点,分析区域贸易组织在调整范围、制度设计等方面的优越性,并结合WTO贸易基本原则与我国相关法律法规规定,探讨在国际贸易中运用WTO贸易规则与区域贸易规则的"双轨制",更好地服务我国的"走出去"战略。As the most-favored-nation treatment principle of WTO's largest exceptions,the regional trade organization development momentum. Compared to China-Asean free trade area(CAFTA) and the world trade organization(WTO) agreement on trade in goods,services,trade agreements and dispute settlement mechanism of the similarities and differences, analysis of the regional trade organizations in adjusting range,the superiority of system design,combined with the basic principles of WTO and the relevant laws and regulations in our country,discusses how to make use of WTO rules in international trade and regional trade rules of the "double track",can better serve the strategy of "going out" of our country.
