摘 要:为有效利用废旧橡胶粉,改善LC50高强轻质混凝土的力学性能,利用三种改性剂对橡胶粉进行表面改性,研究改性剂类型、橡胶粉掺量和细度对混凝土强度和弯曲韧性的影响,并利用扫描电镜对其微观机理进行分析.结果表明,改性后橡胶粉表面极性增强,圆润度增加,其中司盘40改性后橡胶粉表面的连续性最好.橡胶粉表面改性使混凝土的抗压强度和弯曲韧性得到明显改善,其中司盘40改性的混凝土力学性能最佳,当橡胶粉掺量为6%,粒度为180μm时混凝土在具有良好力学性能的同时能有效利用橡胶粉.改性后的橡胶粉加入混凝土中后,混凝土内部的连续性和密实度更优;相比于粒径为380μm橡胶粉,添加粒度为180μm橡胶粉后,混凝土内部的孔洞更少.In order to utilize the waste rubber powder effectively and improve the mechanical properties of LC50 high-strength lightweight concrete,three kinds of modifiers are used to modificate the surface of rubber powder and the effects of modification type,rubber powder content and fineness on strength and bending toughness of concrete are studied The microcosmic mechanism is also analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the modification improves the polarity of the surface of the rubber powder and enhances the roundness of the rubber powder,and the continuity of the rubber powder surface is the best after modified by Span 40.The compressive strength and flexural toughness of the concrete are improved obviously by the surface modification of the rubber powder.The mechanical properties of the concrete is the best after modified by Span 40.When the content of the rubber powder is 6% and 180μm,the rubber powder can be effectively used and the concrete has good rational performance.When the modified rubber powder is added into the concrete,the continuity and density of the concrete are better.Compared with the 180μm rubber powder,the pores inside the concrete are less with 180μm rubber powder.
