摘 要:果蔬保鲜运输是保证果蔬品质、减少果蔬腐烂、提高收入的一项重要举措。目前我国果蔬冷链物流系统不健全,果蔬流通腐烂率高,损失大,给农户和经营者带来了很大的经济损失。青海地区海拔高,交通存在较多的不便,果蔬安全流通运输的难度更大。如何更好地进行果蔬保鲜运输,是当前果农和经营者极为关心的一个问题,也是我国果蔬行业发展中亟待解决的问题。本文分析了国内外果蔬气调保鲜运输技术的发展现状及提高果蔬气调保鲜运输技术的策略。Fruit and vegetable preservation is an important measure to ensure the quality of fruit and vegetable, to reduce the decay of fruit and vegetable, and to raise income. At present, the cold chain logistics system of fruits and vegetables in China is not perfect, and the rate of fruit and vegetable circulation is high, and the loss is great, which has brought huge economic loss to the farmers and operator. In Qinghai region, the altitude is high, and there are more inconveniences in the traffic, and the preservation of fruit and vegetable is more difficult. How to better fresh-keeping transportation is a problem that the majority of farmers and operator very concerned, which is to be solved currently in the development of the fruit tree planting. This paper analyzed the current development situation and the strategy of rapid and sustainable development of the domestic and foreign fruit and vegetable preservation and transportation technology.
