不同浓度多效唑处理对南瓜砧木出苗及幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：本文通过灌根和喷雾两种方法,对南瓜砧木幼苗进行多效唑处理。结果表明,两种方法都可以使幼苗矮化,茎粗增加;但采用喷雾方法,更有利于幼苗后期嫁接和恢复生长,其中200mg/L浓度喷施效果优于其它处理。In this paper, the seedlings of pumpkin rootstock were treated with two methods of root-irrigation and spray. The results showed that the two methods could dwarf the seedlings and increase the stem diameter. But the spray method is more beneficial to the late grafting and the recovery of the seedlings, the effect of 200mg/L concentration is better than other treatments.
