摘　　要：详细介绍了某冶炼烟气制酸系统受烟气中单质硫析出沉积所造成的影响,使工艺指标波动及设备运行故障。对冶炼烟气中单质硫成因、对制酸系统危害、应对预防措施以及实施后系统运行效果等进行了综合分析和总结。The elemental sulphur precipitated out from the smelting flue gas causes the fluctuation of the key performance index and equipment operation failure of a sulphuric acid system are described in detail.
