摘　　要：针对现阶段农产品冷链物流发展面临的效率低、损耗大、成本高等问题,在对脆弱性相关理论研究的基础上,运用改进灰色关联法对农产品冷链物流脆弱性的影响因素进行分析,并综合考虑脆弱性的暴露性、敏感性和适应性等特征要素,构建脆弱性综合评价模型。以武汉市为例,通过专家打分和问卷调查相结合的方法,对目前武汉市农产品冷链物流脆弱性进行综合评价。研究结果表明,武汉市农产品冷链物流处于中度脆弱状态。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, great loss and high cost in the development of cold chain logistics of ag-ricultural products. Based on the research of the theory of vulnerability, using the improved grey correlation method to analyze the influence factors of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products, and considering the characteristics of vulnerability, such as exposure, sensitivity and adaptability, to construct comprehensive evaluation model of vulnerability. Taking Wuhan city as an ex-ample, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Wuhan by methods of expert scoring and questionnaire investigation. The result shows that cold chain logistics of agricultural products is in moderate fragile state in Wuhan.
