责任包干制全程整体护理在LC患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨责任包干制全程整体护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的应用方法和效果。方法:将90例LC患者随机分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组实施责任包干制全程整体护理方案,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,术后第一次下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:责任包干制全程整体护理能够让护理服务工作更加全程化、全面化及专业化,可在身心两方面减轻LC患者的痛苦,推动康复进程。Objective： To explore the application effects of whole course nursing in the whole course of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ LC）. Methods： A total of 90 cases of LC were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures,and the study group implemented the whole responsibility nursing system. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results： After the intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. After the operation,the ambulation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The whole process of holistic nursing with responsibility and contract system can make nursing service work more comprehensive,comprehensive and professional. It can relieve the pain of LC patients and promote the rehabilitation process in two aspects of body and mind.
