临床护理路径在老年胃癌手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在老年胃癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将70例老年胃癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后康复指标、疾病知识掌握情况及生活质量评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径可促进老年胃癌手术患者尽快康复,提高疾病知识水平和生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of clinical nursing path in the elderly patients with gastric cancer surgery. Methods： A total of 70 elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results： There were statistically significant differences in two groups＇ postoperative rehabilitation indicators,the mastery conditions of knowledge of disease and quality of life scores（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway can promote the elderly patients with gastric cancer to recover as soon as possible and improve the level of knowledge and quality of life.
