摘　　要：咸丰《兴义府志》乃知府张锳瘁其心力纂修而成,集中体现张锳及邹汉勋辈的方志修纂思想。张氏认为方志即地方之史,"所以表贤敦俗,佐治兴文,考沿革,正疆域,辨险要,察风土,论政教,励官常,详典章,以备掌故者也"。他批评"古今撰志者"存在"考核不精,予夺不当,体例不善,叙述不详,去取不严,关系不载"及"无征不信"、"不知裁剪"、"崇尚异端"等通共"十六病",并以此为反面参照指导《兴义府志》纂修。该志借鉴众志之长,与邹汉勋、朱逢甲等名家商榷参订,其稿数易,终成一时"名志"。Xianfeng ＂Xingyi Chorography＂ is presided over the compilation by the prefect Zhang Ying, it embodies the Zhang Ying, Zou Hanxun and other people＇s local chronicles thinking. Zhang believes that Local Chronicles is local history, ＂To recognize the sage, remove the bad customs, promote good governance, pay as much attention to the rise of the education, research history, record territory, record the pass, record customs, talk about politics, encourage officials, record system, to make people understand the local history of all aspects＂. He criticized the ＂local Annals writers in that ＂ the research is inaccurate, the choice is not appropriate, the system is not complete, the narration is not detailed, the elimination and addition is not strict, and they do not put complementary first ＂ also ＂ they ignore the fact that only reasonable and well-documented should be trusted, they pay little attention to the logic as well as they respect heresy ＂ and other 16 kinds of malpractice ＂, though it should be avoided in ＂Xingyi Chorography＂ compilation process. This Annals draws on the strengths of various local chronicles by the discussion of Zou Hanxun, Zhu Fengjia and other famous people, through repeatedly revised, the local history has finally become a very famous work.
