摘 要:介绍了在复杂环境中,采用控制爆破技术爆破拆除大面积钢混结构厂房的工程实例,论述了爆破方案的确定,参数设计及主要安全措施。针对厂房结构复杂、跨度大,且各跨之间的联系梁很少的结构特点,施工前进行了有针对性的预处理。采用"向北偏西65°定向倒塌"的爆破方案,确保了厂房安全倒塌。An engineering example of blasting demolition of a large area steel concrete structure plant under controlled blasting technology in complex environment is introduced. The design of the project, the design of parameters and the main safety measures are discussed. In view of the complex structure, large span and the little structural features of the connection beams between the sections, the targeted pretreatment is carried out before construction. Adopt the "north to West 65 degrees directional collapse" blasting scheme, directional accurate. In order to reduce the building collapse blasting ground vibration, carries on the design of protective embankments. Through multi angle observation, confirmed the protective earth dike can effectively control the secondary disasters of blasting.
